"We recently hosted an event for 60 guests at SunnySide Tower on Catawba Island and chose Stampede BBQ LLC for a full pig roast with sides — and it was an absolute home run. Everything about the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The menu was fabulous. They prepared a 100+ lb pig that was cooked onsite for a full 10 hours. The result was incredibly tender, flavorful, perfectly smoked pork that had guests going back for seconds (and thirds). Paired with five excellent sides — cornbread, cheesy potatoes, green beans, baked beans, corn on the cob, and a fresh Caprese salad — the spread was generous, beautifully presented, and delicious. Everyone raved about the food. It was the clear highlight of the event and a huge success. Lacey, the owner, was exceptional to work with. He was professional, organized, and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Communication was simple and straightforward, and the payment process was easy and convenient. The value was outstanding — very affordable for the quality and quantity of food and service we received.
